It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Barry Lanese. Born on November 25, 1976, Barry lost his courageous battle with cancer in Tampa on February 9, 2025. He was first diagnosed in September 2023 and fought bravely through treatments, never losing his strength or love for those around him.

Barry was a devoted husband to Kesha and a loving father to his three children Alyssa, Michael, and the youngest, Rebecca. His family was his world, and he worked tirelessly to provide for them and bring joy to their lives.

Barry was not just a family man; he was a cherished friend, brother, son a valued coworker, and a beloved presence in the lives of everyone who knew him. His kindness, humor, and unwavering loyalty will be deeply missed. A lifelong football fan, it seems fitting that he left us on Super Bowl Sunday a day he would have spent cheering with those he loved.

As his family navigates this heartbreaking loss, we want to support them in any way we can. We are raising funds to help ease the financial burden of medical bills, funeral expenses, and to provide some stability for Kesha and the children as they adjust to life without Barry.
