Hello, I'm 56 years old and recently been diagnosed with early onset alzheimers. This was quite a shock to me. I still have a daughter in college. There is a 5 month waiting period before i can even get on social security. It can take several more months. I before i can receive social security. Im trying to keep my house that lived in for 15 years. I have to pay my internet water bills and things like that.
i’ve been a single mom since 2008. I have been working on finding a way to keep this going. I am more than blessed with all of the donations I have received so far. No donation is too small.
As far as how I am coping? My days can be hard to deal with. With this digression, I find myself not being able to remember appointments. I lose things all the time in my house. I walk around a lot in my house just looking for these things. There is no way I'll ever be able to drive again. I'm also dealing with another Neuro problem that my doctors don't understand. I pray for a cure.
