On September, 16th, 2024, I went to work with some abnormal symptoms thinking that it would go away. Two weeks prior I had gone to the ER was misdiagnosed with a simple viral infection. Unfortunately I went to my local ER (Redwood City Kaiser) and found out that I had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia through blood work and a biopsy. The next few days being examined until I had to take an emergency ambulance to Santa Clara Kaiser on September 18th. My battle began that day when I had to go get biopsies, blood transfusions, platelets transfusion, and definitively start chemotherapy. I will always be grateful for the attention I received, as everyone was always attentive, and guided me through my physical pain. I thank the staff at both locations for the nurture and service, along with the power of God. I want to thank you also for reading my story, and even if you can't donate, I'd appreciate if you can help spread this link as to encourage others going through any medical ailments to never give up. I got discharged on October 15th, but I will still have 3-4 appointments per week to finish up my chemo as I still have under 5% of leukemia and I am asking you if you can help out in any way, from deep in your heart, as I have more chemo to attend to (at Stanford for more bone marrow transplant) along with upcoming bone marrow transplants, biopsies and a new diet that I cannot keep up with without my 2 jobs that I had. Over the counter meds and supplies have also been a big expense, and I hope whatever you donate, God multiplies it back to you, in health and wealth. May God bless you and I'm praying with all the support from every angle, including you, that I will conquer this obstacle.
