Aid for a Displaced Senior Student

Story

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Ms. Mia and I work at James Lick High School. As most of you know, I work closely with students who need a lot of support both mentally and emotionally. Recently, my team and I were informed that one senior student has been going through a really rough time. Not only has he been displaced from his home, but he lost his job and has no family here in the US. The past few years have been really tough, and he has remained in good spirits until now. He’s giving up and we can’t let this happen. We are currently trying to help him find housing and a job to help him get back on his feet and finish his studies. He’s lost everything, and on top of that, he was in an accident and has to pay for repairs on his broken-down vehicle. The list goes on... I am creating this GoFundMe to try to help alleviate some of these bills and get him back on the road and in a shelter. Anything helps! Thank you for taking the time to read.
