My name is Latisha Stallings and this GoFundMe is for my 89-year-old grandmother, Marie Stallings, and her 66-year-old disabled son.

On May 16th, 2025, life as we once knew it would never be the same. My grandma's house was severely damaged by the storm that impacted the north city of St. Louis, MO. A house that raised generations, filled with years of memories, love, and laughter, will no longer be available for the next generations. My grandmother had her house for over 55 years and cherished it deeply as a place family can always call home. Just when we thought we could rebuild and fix what was damaged, on May 19, 2025, heavy rain and hail took everything that was left. The roof was completely gone but was covered with tarps. The tarp did not hold the weather off. Heavy rain and hail were able to get past the tarp and now completely ruined everything that was left. My grandmother and her son now have to walk away with nothing. We are now faced with the daunting reality of starting over and are humbly asking for help.
