Hello, my name is Maribel Moreno. Our beautiful Flor Cardoza Hernandez has been diagnosed with stage IV ovarian cancer after multiple emergency room visits that began in September 2024 at the young age of 46. The cancer has spread to her abdomen lining, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and right lung.

She started chemotherapy in October 2024 at the AIS Cancer Center. In January 2025, she had surgery at Kaiser Permanente Orange County Irvine Medical Center and began a new round of chemotherapy in March 2025.

During this time, Flor has been unable to perform her work duties. She has relied on her husband, Jose, and their three children as her main support system, as well as the many kind family and friends who have each played an important role in her recovery.

With medical treatments, medications, and daily expenses adding up, we want to help ease the burden so Flor can focus on what matters most—her health, family, and recovery—with less worry. With spreading the word, contributions, and prayers, Flor will be closer to total recovery!
