My mom Eydie is truly one of the strongest people I know and many others who have had the pleasure to know! Since 2020, she has endured more than most could imagine—battling cancer, surviving not one but two strokes, and now, heartbreakingly, facing a third. Despite all of this, she has remained determined to reclaim her independence and rebuild her life. She was making incredible progress, showing resilience and hope every step of the way. But this recent setback has made the road ahead even more difficult, both physically and financially.
