Emma has always dreamed of being a mother.
After finding out she was pregnant with Elijah, she was so scared. Throughout her pregnancy, it got easier and she knew she could do it. The bond they made while he was in her belly was like no other bond shes ever had before.
He was the only person to give her the light of day every single day just by his little kicks, him moving around, his hiccups and seeing how perfect he was on the ultrasounds. Emma and Adam could not wait to be able to finally meet and hold their baby boy and become the best parents to him that they could be.
Sunday, she went to the hospital because she hadn’t really felt him moving much the day prior and Eli was always moving around. He was such an active and healthy little boy, so much so that we called him a little alien. They were hoping and praying everything was okay.
The doctors tried getting his heartbeat but couldn’t tell if it was his or Emma’s. They then started an ultrasound and found no heartbeat and no movement.
The devastation Emma and Adam had was like no other. They were living a nightmare. Their hearts felt like they were ripped out their chests. She had two weeks left until her due date.
She was induced at 9pm on Sunday, June 1st. She was in labor for roughly 24 hours before he was brought into this world on June 2nd, 2025 at 8:49pm, weighing 6lbs 1.7oz and measuring at 20 inches.
He was the most beautiful baby we had ever seen.
We will never forget Elijah Lee Bell and we will continue to love him for as long as we live. There will never be a day that he is not on our minds.
Please consider donating to help Emma and Adam pay for baby Elijah’s autopsy and cremation. This fund will also go to support Emma and Adam during this time to pay for rent, groceries, transportation, and medical bills.
