Aid Emily & Dawns: Travel for Justice

Hazels Father is a narcissist. He abused and assaulted Emily while she was pregnant with Hazel. A day after Hazel was born he actually had the nerve to ask the question if Hazel was tight. We just recently went for a PFA against him as well, for an 2nd time and the judge granted it for both Emily and Hazel because of that remark he made. The judge was appalled,. He had at one time, hacked her phone and admitted it. he stalked her Facebook and took personal pictures and created another account basically making fun of her mental health which half of her diagnosis are from him and that was confirmed by a therapist. They do not leave us alone. Hazel‘s dad and new girlfriend they have now filed a protection from harassment against us, but everything that he stated was what he did to us and we have evidence and all different files to prove it we tried to ask for a continuance via Zoom because Emily is now currently 21 weeks pregnant with high risk. Pregnancy of placenta previa and is not supposed to travel. Unfortunately, the judge did not grant that to us and now we have to travel to Nebraska. I’ve been out of work for three months because of my knee replacement I do not have the funds for car rental, hotels, gas, and food to get there. I am asking for help if we don’t go she will be held in contempt. He also has not paid child support so I support Hazel and also have shared full custody with my daughter. I normally do not ask for help but this is a circumstance beyond our control and I need help. Thank you and we greatly appreciate it to all who can help.
