Aid Emilee's Trip to Help Cambodian Communities

Hello All!!

I am writing this with very exciting news! I have been blessed with the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Cambodia in January of 2026. The opportunity for this trip comes from Spring Arbor University, as a way to get out of the classroom and into the world to experience life different from our own lives. While being in Cambodia, I will get to discover the rich culture, encounter the recent history of genocide in the 1970s through visits to Tuol Sleng, the Killing Fields, and have personal interactions with people who have experienced the history of Cambodia. Along with the experiences mentioned above, I will also get the chance to understand societal problems of AIDS, poverty, and sex trafficking of women and children.

Through this trip, I will get to give back to communities that are in need, and listen to people's stories who have been through challenging life situations. I will also be blessed to share the love of Jesus Christ through this experience. With all that being said, this trip comes with a hefty price, and if you feel called to donate to help allow me the opportunity to go on the trip, I would greatly appreciate it. If you cannot donate, there is no worry; please keep me in your prayers as I take on this adventure and spread the love of Christ.
