My name is Donald Bertrand. I am 58 years old. A couple of years ago, I began having some issues with my feet hurting. Then my hip joined with the pain. The meds that helped my pain started causing issues with my kidneys. With all my issues and worrying about the passing of my life partner a few months ago, I am struggling with depression and anxiety.

Normally, seeing one or two doctors is not too bad, but with several issues coming up at the same time, it means more doctors, more fees, and more medicine. I can't seem to keep up with my normal day-to-day bills as well as providing for my children. I am now needing help and have nowhere to turn.
