Aid Bangladesh Students in Crisis Recovery
Donation protected
We are raising funds for the students in Bangladesh. These funds will go directly to the volunteers that are already distributing resources out of their pocket and are in need of help.
The students of major universities, later joined by residents are protesting the Quota System set by the Bangladesh Government, the Quota system reserves 56% of the government jobs for children and grandchildren of the freedom fighters from 1971. Leaving 44% for the rest of the populace
Students have taken to the streets to protest and demand the abolition of the Quota system. It started peacefully until the Prime Minister of Bangladesh unleashed Chhatra League on the students causing the peaceful protest to turn violent, at least 5000 people have been injured and 50 getting killed in just the last 24 hours as we write this.
This is NOT about Quota Reformation anymore, we need a Country Reformation!
We are raising funds to provide immediate medical support, collect blood donations, provide fresh water and overall a basic support system.
