My name is Greg Lutz. My late wife, Donna Cositore Lutz, has a sister named Denise . Denise recently had a stroke and just came out of rehab. It has been a very difficult time for her because, at the same time, her husband, Michael , had been struggling with health issues for many years and was in the hospital at the same time.

Unfortunately, right after Denise was released to come home, Michael suddenly passed away.

Michael was an extremely caring and selfless person who gave of himself and cared more about others' welfare than his own. He was an advocate for the needy and disabled and truly had a heart to help others.

Michael and Denise were living on a fixed income and had depleted their savings over the years due to their health issues.

Due to these unfortunate circumstances, Denise is left with expenses beyond her ability.
