Hi everyone. I’m Declan Jerger and I own azalea performance on rivers avenue. As most of you may already know I was involved in a serious freak accident. I will be in the hospital for the next week or two. After my surgeries to my arm I’ll have to undergo most likely 2 years of physical therapy. I have 3rd degree burns to my hand and arm that will require skin grafts and 2nd degree burns to my face. I’m starting this to help with medical bills and also our general bills since I will be out for the unforeseen future. Anything helps and is appreciated more than anyone could imagine.
