Hello, thank you for taking a moment to read about our family and my mom's needs.
My five siblings and I were born in raised in the Spokane area. We had a simple traditional American family, mostly in rural areas while our dad has always owned his own small businesses to care for us all. Our parents now live alone but have continued their rural peaceful lifestyle and small local business.
We recently found out that my mom, Debbie, has stage 4 uterine cancer that has already spread to her hip and lungs. As most people know, cancer costs are extremely expensive, even with insurance. The little amount of insurance they have doesn't help much in the US.
My mom located a unique cancer center in Mexico that has chemo options/variations that are unavailable locally in Spokane, but their American insurance is useless in Mexico. She has already been down for one round of treatments that has already cost my parents upwards of $70,000!!!
With her aggressive cancer, sadly, she needs more than the one treatment. My dad, John, is still self employed with his own small business and not able to earn money when they are in Mexico. Even what he does earn can't match the staggering costs they are facing on top of everyday life expenses.
We are humbly asking for your help with this overwhelming burden. If you can help in anyway, we would be deeply grateful! Thank you for taking the time to read our story, and please share and pray even if you can't donate! We would also love to hear ideas, advice, and insights if you have any.
God Bless,
