Im Daniel Kozlovsky III and I was diagnosed with end stage renal disease, ESRD Dec. 1st 2023 and Cyrosis of the liver in Nov. 2024. I have been on Dialysis since Dec. 2023 and need a kidney transplant and possibly a liver as well. I have been to 4 university hospitals over the last year and a half. I am finally close to a transplant with Duke Hospital in Durham. I only have a few more assignments I must do to be listed. After my transplant surgery I will stay in the hospital for 1-2 weeks. I must stay close to their hospital for 2 months and have constant follow up appointments 2-4 times a week after I am released. Since my girlfriend and I live in Vass, about an hour and a half from Durham, they require that I raise at least $4500 for lodging post op. Other than that I just have to get a dental clearance and i will be listed for my transplant. Please help by donating or praying for my health, surgery and recovery.
