After years of working on my feet as a mobile automotive technician, my knee has finally reached a point where surgery is no longer optional—it’s a necessity. The pain has become unbearable, affecting not only my ability to work but also my everyday life. Even basic tasks like walking, driving, or standing for long periods have become painful and exhausting.
I’ve explored every option, but even with insurance, I’m responsible for $2,100 out-of-pocket before I can move forward with the procedure. This amount covers the surgery itself and post-op care to help me get back on my feet—literally.
I’ve always prided myself on being independent and hard-working, but right now, I need help. If you’re able to contribute anything at all, it would mean the world to me. And if you can’t donate, please consider sharing this with your network.
Every little bit brings me closer to recovery, and I’m truly grateful for any support you can give. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being a part of my journey to healing.
With gratitude,
Damien
