Aid Dakota's Father: Rebuild After Devastating Fire
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Dakota Martinez, and I'm reaching out to you all with a heavy heart. My father's home was tragically destroyed in a fire, and we need your help to rebuild not only his house, but his life.
On 3-8-25, a devastating fire broke out in my dad’s home. By the time the fire department arrived, it was too late the house was engulfed in flames. Fortunately, my dad was not at home at the time and is physically safe, but everything he owned, including personal belongings, important documents, and precious memories, was completely destroyed.
This has been an incredibly overwhelming time for our family. My father has always been a hardworking and kind-hearted man who has dedicated his life to supporting others. He’s the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Now, he finds himself without a home and uncertain about how to move forward.
We are doing everything we can to help him get back on his feet, but rebuilding after such a traumatic event requires resources beyond what we can manage alone. The money raised through this campaign will go toward:
Temporary housing: While we search for a permanent place for my father to live, he needs a safe space to stay.
Rebuilding his home: We’re starting from scratch, and any donation, big or small, will help toward construction and repairs.
Replacing personal belongings: Clothing, furniture, household items, and anything else that was lost in the fire.
Basic needs: Food, toiletries, and everyday essentials that have been wiped out in this disaster.
We understand that times are tough for many people, but anything you can contribute would mean the world to us. No donation is too small, and if you’re unable to donate, please share this page with your friends and family to help us spread the word.
This has been a devastating event for my dad, but we’re hopeful that with your support, we can help him start over and rebuild what was lost. Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
With gratitude,
Dakota Martinez
