Hello, my name is Ema, Courtney's sister.

A week before Courtney's 35th birthday, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Courtney worked as a veterinary technician at a local animal hospital, a job she loved. After 7 years of working with animals, she left her job to help her husband Randy, who is trying to establish his own carpentry business and to home school their three beautiful children. Courtney will be having surgery soon. She may still need to have a few radiation treatments afterwards, and she will need to begin hormone treatment therapy.

I am starting this gofundme page to help raise money for Courtney's medical expenses. Courtney will be unable to help Randy with his business during her recovery. I am hoping we can all help them out as they navigate through this life-changing event and help ease some of this burden, so Courtney can focus on healing.
