Help Coach Bofa Rebuild His Home and Keep Supporting the Community

We’re rallying around someone who has been a cornerstone in our community — Coach Bofa — a dedicated coach, mentor, and single father whose home was recently hit hard by a severe water break.

The damage to his house was extensive, leaving parts of it unlivable. As a single dad, Coach Bofa shares his home with his daughter, and his 4 year old spends a lot of time there too. This unexpected event has turned their day-to-day life upside down. But if you know Coach Bofa, you know he's not one to complain or ask for help — he's always too busy being the help.

For years, Coach Bofa has poured his heart into serving inner-city youth, coaching and mentoring countless young people, often with no compensation. He’s the kind of person who goes out of his way to give rides home after practice, buy snacks for kids out of his own pocket, and show up early or stay late — just to make sure the kids have someone in their corner. He’s shaped lives, built confidence, and created safe spaces for young people who need it most.

Now, he needs us.
