Aid Christopher's Fight Against Testicular Cancer

Dear friends and family,

We are reaching out to share that our beloved nephew/grandson, Christopher Barbour, is currently facing one of the toughest challenges of his life. He's been diagnosed with stage two testicular cancer, which has spread to his lymph nodes. Christopher is receiving an intensive treatment regimen that includes one round of chemo for five days with a hospitalization for three weeks, repeated four times, totaling 12 weeks straight. Surgery might follow, which would be another 2 to 3 weeks. He was admitted on Monday, and the earliest that he will get out of the hospital is December 10, but most likely not until the new year.

Christopher's been living and working in Japan as a teacher, but due to the extensive time required for treatment, he has unfortunately lost his job. His wife, Konoka, is searching for a second job during this difficult time, but the financial strain is overwhelming. We are humbly asking for your support to help cover the cost of Christopher's medical treatments and post-care. Every donation will make a difference, allowing Christopher to focus on his recovery without the added worry of mounting medical expenses. We are also hoping that with your generosity, Konoka will be able to maintain basic living needs such as rent and food, as she manages their household alone.
