Aid Chewy's Recovery After a Dog Attack

My dog Chewy got attacked by a big dog in the neighborhood. Chewy is a small shitzu mix and the dog that attacked him was likely a pitbull. It was really bad. The dog was trying to kill him and I had to rip chewy away myself. In the process chewy got bitten up pretty bad and his hip got dislocated. The hospital bill was around $2000 which I don’t have. I had to borrow money which I don’t know how I’m going to pay back. I work a minimum wage job part time and my family doesn’t have money like that. There’s also a possibility of him needing more surgery. Please, if you are in the position, help Chewy.
