Aid Chet's Care and Cody's Future

As some of you may know Jessica’s brother Chet Blank age 45 has Huntington’s Disease and has been fighting it for years now.

Unfortunately, Chet’s HD and health has worsen. Chet is currently in hospital trying to fight pneumonia, cardio and heart issues that have came about.

While Chet lives out his remaining days we want to provide him with the best care and comfort.

Additionally the family needs to plan for his funeral/celebration of life. I’d like to help them with this process to take some of the burden off of them with your help! Losing a brother or son is never easy but seeing your loved one struggle daily, loose motors skills and the ability to fend for himself is something one can not explain unless you have lived through it. The pain in unimaginable to witness.

If you are able to donate your money will go towards Chet’s care and after life services. Any remaining funds will go to his 16 yr old son, Cody for his education and future, as Chet does not have life insurance.

Jessica will monitor and release the remaining funds to Cody once he is an adult.

Also, Chet and the family would love visitors. Please contact Jesse to arrange a time to visit.
