Aid Charles Johnson's Healing and Family

My name is Charles Johnson. I am married with 3 kids and am the only provider for my family. On 12/14/2024, a truck pulled out in front of me on my motorcycle, which in turn led to me crashing. It completely shattered my right hip, which as of the 16th is now all titanium. I also have 4 broken bones in my foot, a broken cheekbone, and multiple nose fractures, along with 5 broken teeth and 4 stitches in my lip.
