Aid Charlene Gregory's Journey to Normalcy

My name is Brittney Gregory! I'm from Asheville, NC! This is my mom, Charlene Gregory. She lost everything during Hurricane Helene. She was water rescued by the Asheville Fire Department, but I've had no contact with her in over 24 hours. I know that she was taken to a shelter, but life after the shelter is going to be long and difficult for her. She is battling cancer and a couple of other medical issues that require her to take daily medication, which I know she will need more of once she can leave the shelter. I'm not sure if she even took it when they rescued her because she was so scared. She also lost her Jeep, the only car she had, which was paid off, so she has no transportation back to work when life resumes back to the new normal. I wanted to start this GoFundMe to help her even a little bit to get back on her feet. She sacrifices everything to be strong for me, so I want to be strong for her. If it's in your heart to donate any amount to help my mother, I would be so grateful, but if it's not something you are able to do, I would love for you to just simply pray for my family, especially my mom.
