My name is Joshua Olsen. My son Cedric suffers from severe eczema since he was 5 years old. We apply ointments and have to wrap his arms, neck, and sometimes hands to help prevent him from scratching the skin off. It is so incredibly painful and itchy for him. He says he feels different than other kids and is extremely self conscious. He can't go outside and play and has had kids tease or act scared of him when out and about. He has become so mature for an 8 year old because of this. He is loving and caring to everyone he meets. It's hard to see him break down crying asking us why this is happening to him.

We have tried getting medical help with no luck so far. We are getting to the point where even bandages are becoming too hard to afford, let alone specialists. The Doctors we've seen in the past just prescribe him adult steroids which suppress his immune system. If we stop applying the steroid it comes back 10 times worse than before.
