I never thought I would be doing this ever in my life, but my name is Brittney. I have a 16-year-old son, Adrian, and an 8-month-old baby, Iris. Today, we lost our apartment due to a fire in the apartment below us. The whole building was condemned, and everything I've worked hard for is gone. Every hardship I have dealt with in my life, and now this... I finally felt content with life, knowing that my children had a happy, healthy home, which is now gone due to someone else's careless mistakes.
