I’m creating this GoFundMe for my amazing friend and coworker, Brittany, who is just about to welcome her sweet baby boy into the world.

Unfortunately, due to her job’s policies, she won’t receive any paid maternity leave — leaving her with zero income during her first 6 weeks postpartum. As you can imagine, this is a time when rest and bonding with baby should be the only priority, not financial stress.

We’re hoping to raise 2,000 to help cover essentials like rent, baby supplies, food, and bills while she takes this important time to heal and care for her newborn.
