This last week, Brighton and Marisa's house caught fire. Thankfully Brighton was walking the dog nearby and was able to call emergency services before the whole house burned down. Sadly, most of Brighton and Marisa's belongings suffered extensive damage and the house is no longer inhabitable.

They've lost their couches, beds, other furniture, TV and other electronics, clothing, shoes, some of Brighton's art pieces, keepsakes and other irreplaceable family items and more.

They are now in the process of throwing away all their ruined things and attempting to salvage as many of their personal effects as they can, while also trying to find a new place to live. There are a lot of things to figure out, and needs they have not even thought of yet, so I'd like to help ease that burden with this fundraiser.
