On September 17th, 2025, our dear friend and coworker, Brian Payne, experienced a traumatic house fire that started in their kitchen. While firefighters were able to contain the blaze before the entire home was lost, the damage was still extensive. The kitchen was destroyed, and nearly all of their belongings throughout the house were impacted by heavy smoke damage.

Although we are incredibly grateful that Brian and his family are safe, they are now facing the overwhelming task of cleaning, replacing, and rebuilding — all while trying to continue with daily life.

Anyone who knows Brian Payne knows how generous, hardworking, and kind they are. They’re the type of person who shows up for everyone else — and now, they need our help.

Emergency cleanup and smoke remediation

Replacement of essential household items

Temporary relocation costs (if needed)

Food, clothing, and personal necessities
