Aid Brian and Samantha After Hurricane Helene

Brian and Samantha have experienced significant home damage via roof leaks and basement flooding due to Hurricane Helene. After a contractor inspection, we've learned that the damages are more extensive than we initially thought. To make matters worse, insurance conveniently "forgot" that the roof leak is covered under our policy, and FEMA still hasn't scheduled a site visit. It seems this may go on for quite some time and the roof leak will only get worse.

We're hoping folks can help out a little just so we can get by until we receive insurance/FEMA/disaster loan money. We still don't know what the costs will be, unfortunately. We will put this money towards repairs and cleanup for our home, which is 45 min north of Boone, NC.
