My name is Elena Lopez. I am a friend to Breanna Cruz, who is a single mother to baby Ella.

Baby Ella was born with an underdeveloped urinary bladder and right kidney and has been diagnosed with hydronephrosis with ureteral strictures and vesicoureteral reflux. This basically means that there is excess fluid buildup in her kidney due to a backup of urine. It is a blockage in the tube that connects the kidney to the bladder. Ella has been undergoing bladder appointments and treatments since birth and has now reached the age where it needs to be surgically fixed. We are raising funds for Breanna and Ella as she is scheduled to have surgery on May 15th, 2025; however, Breanna must first meet the insurance deductible requirement before the surgery can occur. If we can't raise enough funds for the deductible, Ella's next opportunity for surgery will not be until September 2025. Any and all donations are appreciated. Hello everyone. Just wanted to give you a quick update on the fundraising.

Between two other fundraisers, the gofundme page, and all of the shares…Breanna has reached the goal that was needed for baby Ella’s surgery. GOD is good!! She is scheduled for May 15th.

I want to say THANK YOU! to you all, for the gofundme donations, Venmo donations, CashApp donations, text messages, phone calls, emotional support and everything in between, that Breanna has received from each and every one of you! She reached her goal BECAUSE OF YOU. Thank you all so much, from the bottom of our hearts!!
