Hi everyone. Last week, Bokki went to her favorite doggy spa for her well-earned pom-pom pampering. Hours later, she was found with no breathing and no pulse. We don't know how long she was in that state. After CPR, and rescue breaths, she came to, and she was quickly transported to VetER. Initially, found dull, with no responses to visual stimuli, and severe loss of motor/nervous function to the left side of the body, we didn't know if she would pull through.

Miraculously, she kept fighting, and made improvements with every passing hour. She has regained her sight to her right side, and she is making improvements in her motor/cognitive functions. She's even running up the stairs! It's Day 4, at this point, and she still hasn't eaten anything solid. So we are at baby food & water phase so far. We have an appointment with a neurologist and nutritionist coming up, and another follow up with the emergency vet.
