Aid Bobbi's Recovery: Heart & Car Repair

My name is Bobbi Ysmael and I am raising funds to get my car out of the shop after being a victim of a hit and run driver. I was on my way to the hospital because of atrial fibrillation when I was suddenly hit by someone. That in turn caused me to have a bruised left rib and then congestive heart failure on top of the hit and run. I ended up in the hospital and my car was taken to Jimmy's Body Shop where the damage was fixed.

What I need is my thousand dollar deductible and $250 for previous damage Can anyone help me please I don't know what else to do. After recovering from Stage 4 Cancer now trying to recover my vehicle.
