Hello, my name is Bobbi, and I never thought I’d be in this position, but today I’m reaching out with a humble heart and a hopeful spirit.
At the end of 2022, my life changed drastically. What started as occasional migraines quickly spiraled into something much more frightening—frequent falls, relentless full-body pain, and a dramatic, unexplained weight loss. These symptoms have not only taken a toll on my physical health but have also made daily life incredibly challenging.
Since then, I’ve been in and out of medical appointments, specialists, and tests—searching for answers and trying to manage the escalating symptoms. The costs of scans, medications, treatments, and ongoing care have added up quickly, and unfortunately, only some of it is covered by insurance. As of now, I’m facing a growing amount of medical debt that I simply cannot manage alone as I am not able to always work some days due to not being able to get out of bed. The money will help aid the cost of multiple doctor’s visits, mri’s, ct, blood work etc.
I’m still in the process of seeking a diagnosis and finding a path forward to healing. Every day is a battle—physically, emotionally, and financially. That’s why I’m asking for help. Your support will go directly toward covering medical bills, treatment costs, mobility aids if needed, and basic living expenses during this challenging time. I have been diagnosed with POTS syndrome, occipital neuralgia, diverticulitis, celiac, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, IBS-C and IBS-D, duct stones in my salivary gland, and chronic migraines. After my visit with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, I got diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Hyper-mobility (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) Mast cell hypersensitivity and Cervical degenerative disk disease. They also confirmed my POTS and Fibromyalgia diagnoses.
If you’re not able to donate, I completely understand. Sharing this page with your network can make just as much of an impact. Every bit of support means the world to me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your kindness, generosity, and compassion bring me hope as I continue this journey toward healing.
With gratitude,
Bobbi Schmidt
