Hello, this is Paige, Betty Garcia's daughter.

My mom, Betty, has recently undergone a sudden and unexpected quadruple bypass surgery. Due to the severity of her condition, she will need extensive rehabilitation and time for her body to heal. As an independent contractor and small business owner, she has always relied on herself. Since the nature of Betty’s work is extremely physical, she is unable to work and run her business for at least 2 months.

Betty Garcia is an incredible mother, grandma, aunt, sister, and friend. She can be described as artistic, charismatic, gracious, and a one of a kind woman. She has always given a helping hand, an ear to listen to, a shoulder to cry on, or a decorative bow (and then some) to those she loves. Betty is there for her friends, family, and clients in whatever capacity she is able. We are asking our friends, family, and clients to please do the same during her time of need.

As this is such a difficult event, at this time we are praying for any type of assistance. We hope any funds can contribute to her everyday expenses, ongoing hospital bills, and hopefully any additional costs for care after she is discharged.
