Benjamin Case was severely injured at the Homecoming parade on 9/24/2025. He was riding on the Freshman float, legs hanging over the wheel well of the trailer and when the float turned, his leg got pulled into the tire and yanked him off. He was life flighted to Denver Children's Hospital where he underwent his first surgery on his ankle/foot last night to thoroughly clean out the wound. He has another surgery to repair the fractured ankle (in a few places) then at some point he will see plastic surgery to close the wound. He will hopefully see the Plastic Surgeon on Monday or Tuesday.

His parents are with him at Children's Hospital and they have a hotel till next Friday. They may have to be there longer so we have created this Go Fund Me to help elevate the financial burden they already feel and will soon feel. The money will go toward food and other expenses endured while they are in Denver. They are also not getting paid while they are away from work for at least a week, probably more, this money will also pay their bills because of lost wages.
