Aid Ben Seibert in His Fight for Health

Hello, I’m Ben Seibert I’m 52 years old. I’m an Army veteran of 8 years then began my career working for Hy Vee. While working at Hy Vee I also had a job at Hot Shotz Bar and grill and Mahaska county jail. Later moving to the Iowa city Hyvee, then Muscatine Hy Vee, then back to the Coralville Hyvee. About 3 years ago I had surgery which went well and about 1 week later had a pulmonary embolism. Which was a close to death situation and tarted our trails of trouble. Ever since I’ve had nonstop headaches every day, 6-8 blackouts and spells which make me fall. Started treatments local then to the UoI then to the Mayo Clinic. Seeing many doctors and what seems like hundreds of test we still don’t know what the cause truly is. We do have 3 spots on the brain one is a lesion on the front part of my brain there’s on in the center part and a 13 mm one on the left side of my brain. Since all this started I’ve had 3 surgeries and all the trips to the doctor. I was full time at work which this took me out of work at first and I begged to go back so they agreed but only 20 hours. My health seemed to be getting worse so they dropped me down to 12 hours. February 24th I had a really bad spell at work and was taken by ambulance, when I was released to come back for my 12hours a week I went in. About 1 hour into my shift I was brought back to the office and told it’s best I take medical leave. They feel it best cause I’m a safety hazard to myself and other employees. Since my wife has been trying to work 2 jobs to keep the family going but we just seem to keep falling farther and farther behind. Now 2 weeks ago I had another surgery and last week had another pulmonary embolism. So now we ask for help which humbles is to no end. We are the ones who usually love to give.
