Aid Bella's Healing After Unethical Vet Care

Meet Bella. Bella had some tumors on her belly that were feared to be cancerous. Her loving family, Jeff and Ana Pitt and their three children, took her to Countryside Veterinary in Valley Center, CA to have the tumors removed. Ana was originally told the procedure would cost $1600, but when she arrived at the Veterinary clinic with Bella the day of surgery, she was quoted a much higher price of $2300. After lengthy conversation, the front desk revised the agreement back to the originally quoted $1600 which Ana signed, and they admitted Bella for surgery. Later in the day, Ana received a call from the Vet stating the price for the procedure would, in fact, be $2300. They already had Bella opened up and, when Ana stated that was not the fee they had agreed on, she was told they could stop the surgery immediately and only charge Ana and Jeff $1600, but the procedure would not be completed as agreed on. Ana and Jeff went to the Vet clinic to pick Bella up and they were presented with a bill for $2300, rather than the $1600 that had been authorized that morning. They were then told they could not have Bella back until the $2300 bill was paid in full! Countryside Veterinary then KEPT THEIR DOG for days - essentially holding Bella hostage - until the Pitt family relented and paid the full $2300 to get her back. Countryside Veterinary then brought Bella out to them wearing a shirt that said, "I HATE YOU" several times across the back of it!!! Wow! Yesterday, a week after the surgery that Countrywide Veterinary in Valley Center CA upcharged the Pitt's for, Bella's sutures started rupturing, leaving gaping holes in her abdomen!!! Ana took Bella to a different vet and was quoted $1000 to repair the botched surgery that Countryside Vet inflicted on poor Bella.
As with most people these days, the unexpected additional expense from Bella's surgery has left Jeff and Ana in a financial bind. Of course they will do whatever is necessary to make sure Bella's wounds are properly cared for and she is safe, but they desperately need some assistance in paying for the corrective surgery/aftercare now needed since Countryside Veterinary so horribly and unethically left this poor dog in horrible condition.
Anything you can give would be so appreciated and Jeff and Ana work to get Bella healthy again.
