Aid My Brother's Long Road to Recovery

My name is Bek and my brother got hit by a truck right after New Year’s eve. He was crossing the road on his bike on the crosswalk during a green light when a truck that had stopped for the red decided to blow the red and go. It not only hit him and knocked him off of his bike but dragged him around a corner under its trailer wheels for about 30-50 feet. It stopped a couple of times because the driver heard thumps but once again… decides to go….

When it finally stopped for good and the driver got out my brother’s lower body was mangled. He had to get a metal rod put in his leg.

My mom just lost her mother to cancer and was already dealing with all of the physical and emotional costs related to a slow cancerous death. My brother has a year and half of recovery ahead of him and my mom will be taking care of him at home while working a job.

Please help me take some of the weight off of her shoulders and get 2025 back on track.
