Hi I am Ayanna and recently one of my friends was hanging out with some of her friends when a guy was too drunk to stand and fell on her causing her to break her Tibia and Fibula. She has a long road to recovery ahead of her and she needs as much support as she can get. She has an abundance of medical bills, and her road to recovery also includes physical therapy. April is not allowed to go back to work just yet, and she is currently on an unpaid leave from work.

April is one of the kindest people I know and if anyone ever needs anything, she is the first to jump in and help. If you know April you know she hasn't had the best luck lately, but she has remained positive and kept a smile on her face. Even in the midst of the darkness April has been a light.
