Aid Api's Fight Against Kidney Failure

I am the sister of Api's wife, Fetu Nakauciri, asking for your help

Help Apisalome Nakauciri, husband to Fetu Tumanuvao Nakauciri, father to 4 boys and one and only princess, 11 years old. Api is now fighting for his kidney failure that needs an urgent dialysis so that he can be with his lovely family and the people who care about him. Api is a fighter so that he can see his family forever, not after 6 months like the doctor said if he doesn't do the dialysis .

Api loves his family and he cares a lot no matter what he goes through right now, also those who care about him. He is a strong priesthood holder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was diagnosed 2 years ago with diabetes, which has made him hospitalized and undergo many surgeries, causing him to lose all his toes. Api doesn’t want to go through that because his priority is his wife and his children, but diabetes also ended up causing kidney problems, making him lose hope and faith. He was going through a lot and he doesn’t want to be a burden to his wife, so he tries hard to hold in the pain and stay home while he is in pain. So last week, we took him to the hospital and that's when we got the unfortunate news about his kidney failure.

The financial burden, however, is immense. Api has no medical insurance and everything is paid out of pocket, including all the surgeries, X-rays, scans, tests, and all the visits. His bill now is almost $50,000. Api's wife and kids are kindly asking for anything that helps to make Api come back home to Laie, where his wife and his children are praying and hoping for a miracle so he can be better. Any amount, no matter how much, really helps and we do appreciate that.
