There are abortion bans in 13 states and restrictions in 10 more, all of which are designed to limit abortion access. Yet, the abortion rate has not declined since the fall of Roe, thanks in large part to organizations like the Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT) Access and their telemedicine abortion provider shield laws.

Since the first anniversary of Dobbs, ACT has provided more than 10,000 inter-state medication abortions per MONTH, offsetting much of the expected decline in the abortion rate. Our opponents hate this. They’re filing lawsuits to intimidate doctors, and calling them “the illegal abortion cartel” in The New York Times.

New York stands up for our own. That’s why MSFC NYC & Friends are supporting the Abortion Coalition for Telemedicine (ACT) Access, an organization keeping abortion accessible in all 50 states.
