Aid Alexis Soto's Recovery After Accident

My name is Alexis Soto. I was hit head-on by a speeding driver. The driver lost control, went over the center border, and came into my lane. They had to cut my truck open to retrieve me out of it; I was pinned from the impact.

I have 2 broken legs; one leg has a broken femur and tibia, and the other shattered my knee. I also have a broken arm. This will be a long road to recovery, any help is appreciated.
