I’m reaching out today with a heavy heart and a humble request for help. My father, a strong, loving man who has spent his life working hard to provide for his family, is now facing a health challenge that has deeply impacted his quality of life: prostate enlargement, also known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH).

For the past few months, he has been struggling with frequent urination, painful discomfort, sleepless nights, and increasing difficulty in performing even simple daily tasks. What many see as a “common condition” in older men has, for him, become a source of pain, stress, and emotional exhaustion.

He now requires specialist medical treatment, regular checkups, medications, and possibly a surgical procedure to ease the pressure on his bladder and restore his normal function. Unfortunately, the cost of these treatments exceeds our family's current financial capabilities. We’ve already stretched our finances thin, but the road ahead is long, and he needs proper care to avoid complications that could seriously endanger his health.
