Aid a Veteran's Loyal Dog in His Time of Need

Can anyone help me feel better by helping me with a Dr. visit? My Dr. told my people that he needs to run all kinds of tests on me (I hate needles), but I need them to make me feel better.

Here's a little about what's going on with me: I've had sneezes for about a week now, and my eyes get really matted up every time I go to sleep. My people have been using a hot wash rag to clean out my eyes, only for them to get messed up after I go back to sleep and wake back up. I've lost my appetite, and the worst thing is I was a perfect house-trained dog, but anymore I can't control my bladder. And the latest issue is I've been vomiting up the water I drink and some diarrhea.

My owner is a US Army Veteran on disability, and he can't really afford to take me to the vet. Please don't judge him because he has treated me like a king for 14 years, and now I had to go and get really sick. He thinks he's failed me, but I know they all love me and will do whatever it takes to fix me. But if you can help my process, I would be forever grateful.
