My name is Brittany Pirkle, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a fellow trucker who is facing one of the toughest battles of his life. He is in the late stages of lung disease, struggling to breathe while trying to hold on to what little he has left.

He has two children who rely on him, and despite his health challenges, he carries the weight of responsibility alone. Now, he's on the verge of losing everything—his home, his livelihood, and his ability to provide for his kids. He doesn’t want a handout; he just needs a little help to get back on his feet, to catch up on his bills, and to restart his trucking company once he is able.
