I was a professional photographer from the Northeast and took care of my mother, who had dementia, from 2010 until she died in October 2018. After my sister and I settled and split her estate in March of 2020, I relocated to Los Angeles, but wasn't able to work due to fear of COVID.

I finally started getting work with several different companies on an as-needed basis, but it wasn't enough, and I ended up with a negative cash flow until I could no longer afford the apartment I was living in. I'm currently sleeping in my car while trying to get more work, but I need help paying for my storage unit (just clothes, a few personal items, and photo equipment I need for the few jobs I'm getting).
