Long story short, I’m struggling. Life has not been kind to me and I’m trying so hard. I had my kiddo when I was only 16 and was able to still graduate school and college on time. I first got COVID back in 2020 and ended up with it a total of 4 times that I know of. Thankfully, being vaccinated help, but I still ended up with Long COVID and was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome in 2023. This means I can suffer from severe tachycardia doing small simple tasks like folding laundry, getting up to use the restroom, doing dishes, going grocery shopping, etc. My quality of life has decreased significantly, and with that, my ability to work. I suffer from passing out pretty regularly and also suffer from severe GERD and nausea/vomiting from being diagnosed with gastroparesis last year as well. I’m pending other diagnoses as well but need to find a new PCP to work in conjunction with the cardiologist and gastroenterologist since mine left the practice. I hate asking for help but have had no success finding a work from home job. I was recently denied for disability and will be trying to fight it with a lawyer but I need to have some funds to start that. My unemployment benefit will be running out in a few weeks and I just want to make sure me and Sophia can survive them starting middle school with a whole new group of kiddos. I’m just at my breaking point and really appreciate any help anyone is able to offer. This will help me with bills in that gap period and getting a disability lawyer to help. Thank you for reading!
