Aid a Family in Need: Grandmother's Struggle

I am a grandmother. I have custody of 2 of my grandsons.

The oldest grandson's mother passed away 4 years ago. His father is in prison.

My 2nd grandson has spinal muscular atrophy. He cannot walk or sit up on his own. He has a trach and a g-tube and is on life support. He has had 2 surgeries this summer and we've all had numerous doctor's appointments.

I do not work outside of the home because this is a full-time responsibility. We live on social security.

I have fallen behind on my rent and phone bill over the last 4 months. This month, I had to purchase school clothes and school supplies, which put me even further behind. I also need to fix the tail lights on my vehicle for safety. I am struggling and can't seem to catch up and get a breath. We need a little help.
